Trace back. Find the cause.
Traced
A food & symptom tracker that traces back up to 72 hours to help you spot what's making you feel off — accounting for where the food came from, not just what it was.
Coming to TestFlight — App Store release later this quarter.
Vendor is a first-class signal
Dominos, Della Barba, and Red Baron frozen pizza aren't the same food. Traced correlates by brand and vendor so you see which source is actually the problem.
Up to 72 hours of lookback
Most trackers give up after a day. Traced keeps its correlation window wide because food sensitivities often flare late.
Reads your meals from Apple Health
If you log in MyFitnessPal, Lose It, or Cronometer, Traced picks them up automatically. You only track symptoms.
Private by design
No ad SDKs. No selling. Your health data stays on your device and the Traced backend — nowhere else.
The privacy commitment
Traced exists because food sensitivity is hard to self-diagnose and most existing apps are built to sell your attention. This one isn't. We don't sell data. We don't run ad SDKs. The only analytics we collect is anonymous, aggregated correlation data — used to decide which integration to build next.
